Doctor partner terms

These terms apply to Ayurvedic practitioners who create or maintain a public profile on aiyuclinic.com.

Eligibility and professional registration

These Doctor Partner Terms apply to any Ayurveda practitioner who creates or maintains a profile on aiyuclinic.com. To be eligible, you must hold a valid, current registration with the applicable State Board of Ayurvedic and Unani Systems of Medicine, or a body recognised by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) under the Ministry of AYUSH, and must promptly tell us if that registration is suspended, cancelled, or under enquiry.

Verification process and required documents

Before your profile is published, you must submit a registration certificate, a qualification certificate, and a government identity document. We review these through an internal verification workflow; your profile stays private (pending verification) until it is approved or declined. We may request further documents, ask you to re-verify, or suspend a published profile if your credentials lapse or information you provided is found inaccurate.

Phone verification

We verify your contact phone number using a WhatsApp one-time passcode before enabling certain profile actions. You are responsible for keeping your verified phone number current and secure.

Profile accuracy and content standards

You are responsible for the accuracy of your credentials, biography, qualifications, offerings, availability, consultation modes, and fees as published on your profile. Biography content is limited to a restricted, safe formatting subset for platform security; keep your published information accurate and up to date.

Independent professional responsibility

You practise as an independent professional, not as an employee or agent of Sah Business Family or the Platform. You are solely responsible for your clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, patient records, informed consent, professional-conduct obligations, confidentiality of patient information, and your own tax and regulatory compliance.

Compliance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020

When conducting a video consultation through the Platform, you are independently responsible for complying with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020 and applicable professional-conduct regulations. See our Teleconsultation and Chat Policy for the rules governing use of the Platform's communication tools during a consultation.

Appointments and cancellations

Keep your published availability current, respond to booking requests promptly, and honour appointments you have accepted. Cancellations, refunds, and no-show handling follow the patient-facing Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law — you may not apply different terms to a patient than those published for your offering.

Fees, payments, and offline collections

Online payments are processed through Cashfree (Indian Rupees) or Stripe (other currencies); do not solicit an undisclosed fee or ask a patient to pay outside the Platform for a booking meant to be paid online. If you accept a pay-at-consultation booking, accurately record the amount, method, and reference for the collection.

Data handling by practitioners

Use patient information obtained through the Platform only for legitimate care purposes, keep it confidential, and do not export, sell, or otherwise misuse a patient's contact details. Where you process patient personal data for your own clinical records outside the Platform, you do so as an independent data handler and remain responsible for your own compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable professional confidentiality obligations.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove your profile for failed or lapsed verification, a material breach of these terms, a safety or legal risk, suspected fraud, or a substantiated complaint. Suspension or termination does not relieve you of obligations that reasonably survive it, including cooperating on refunds for accepted bookings, patient-care continuity, record retention, and your own legal and tax obligations.

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these Doctor Partner Terms are handled through our Grievance Redressal Policy in the first instance, and are otherwise governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Raxaul, Bihar having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
